Whenever I am in need of a mortgage I will only use Altius as my broker. Neal Bingham is the best Mortgage Officer in the country!!! Now that my kids are grown and having their own families and buying their own homes, I would only let them use Neal. Neal has complete understanding of the different programs and took amazing care of my daughter and her husband. Bottom line is that Neal makes Altius look fantastic.
